She was personable and professional. Good advice, timely updates and info . All went smoothly. We know in todays real estate world, speed is essential... She was always there by phone or e mails. Never felt we were being forgotten. She has intimate knowledge of the Coronado community , which helped in comparing properties. I am thrilled to write this review for Kari Lyons. I had listed my condo with 2 other competent agents and did not sell it. After hiring Kari, she took charge immediately--did a minor "staging" and took new pictures and posted it everywhere. Within a short amount of time, I received an offer for full asking price and it is now sold!! I will definitely use Kari Lyons on any future real estate dealings and will recommend her to my friends and family.

Kari Lyons was wonderful to work with during the selling of both a family home as well as a 3 unit apartment building. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the market in Coronado and all of the steps necessary to both buying and selling in the area. Since we were selling from out of state, her communication skills were invaluable and her careful handling of rules and relationships during the pandemic was critical to our success. She is respectful of both the buyer and seller and is able to bring the two together to reach their end goals. She works very hard and I can’t imagine going thru this process without her!
