We met Kari at an open house in Vallejo, she was very friendly and took the time to speak to us even though she knew the house we were looking at was over our budget. She asked the right questions and connected us to her team the next day. By the end of that week, she set up appointments with us to look at houses within our budget. She didn’t mind reaching out to other realtors when we would show her a house that we found on Zillow and would get us access within an hour. By the second week we found our home and went into escrow! She facilitated the process and was available to answer any question we had!

I recently purchased a house at the end of 2022 and thank to Kari Houke, she made it happen.
