Kari listed our home in Bartlesville just before the holidays in 2017. My home, though beautiful, needed some TLC. My husband and I knew going in that it would take an outstanding realtor and just the right buyer to get our house sold. Kari worked tirelessly to market our home with flyers, open houses and lots of showings. We had so much interest! By the time it was sold Kari had worked 3 previous contracts but the 4th was the perfect buyer. We closed quickly, in less than 30 days. Of course we needed a place to go. I had said I didn’t think we wanted a condo, but Kari said let’s look at one just to be sure. Guess who bought a condo? We did! It turns out she knew what we needed before we did. I couldn’t be happier! We spend our afternoons by the pool and someone else does our lawn ever week! I can’t imagine ever wanting to move from our new place, but if I do Kari Halferty will be my realtor.
