Kari was phenomenal! We signed the listing agreement on a Friday evening, the “coming soon” sign went up that night and she was staging my moms home Saturday and Sunday. The photographer did a wonderful job and the listing looked great. We had 10+ offers within three days of the home being listed, and closed within two weeks after accepting the best offer. We sold the home above asking price much to my mom’s delight. Kari was professional, honest and timely in all our interactions. She had a proven system to capture the most value for my mom’s home, and her recommendations and advice were very helpful.
