I was A first time buyer, and the experience with Kari was exactly how I could have pictured it. I was worried about not having much knowledge of the home buying process, but Kari took the time to really walk me through step by step. All in all, I got the home of my dreams and could not be happier!

Kari is amazing, she helped us buy and sell our house with ease. As transplants to WA and first time homebuyers, we weren't familiar with the area, and it was nice to feel taken care of with Kari's personal touch. On the way to sign the papers for our house, my car broke down on the freeway. Kari picked my brother & I up and took us to the signing herself. Our house sold within a few weeks on the market and it was an easy & quick process. Kari showed me some apartments for my move that she doesn't even make a commission off of. Her negotiation skills & knowledge of the area are top notch. Kari & team are highly recommended.

Kari and her team went beyond our expectations from day one. They gave us excellent advice, guided us at every turn, were available when we needed them, and supported us through our entire process of selling our home. Kari was challenged by the times of Covid, but before, created a wonderful open house that brought many clients, including our buyer! Kari did an amazing job staging our home, helping us clean it out and be ready for the staging, had amazing advertising to reach out to prospective buyers, and also made great use of social media as well. Her enthusiasm and hard work paid off. We are very appreciative and highly recommend Kari and her team!
