We followed Karen’s recommendations on listing price which was spot on. She was very knowledgeable about current market values. We also followed her recommendations on preparing house for sale. She contacted and assisted with companies for clean out and cleaning of home. Karen’s communication skills were also excellent. She kept me informed via text, email, and phone. Karen’s professionalism was also excellent. She assisted with all areas of the sales of house including being available for closing. Finally, based on her recommendations and assistance we received above asking price.
