Karen, my agent at the time was very open and intuitive. She really listened and paid attention to what I wanted. Her personality made her a great person to be around and openly communicate with. She did not believe in wasting my time and was very efficient in her searches. Excellent Agent! I am also using her to sell my former home!
Karen is amazing! She sold our house in less than 24 HOURS! When looking for our new house she really listened to what my wife and I both wanted and got a list together to go look at! We ended up placing and offer and later buying the very fist house we looked at! She really listened to the features we wanted in our new home and found the perfect house in the town we wanted within our price range. She recommend a lender that would do a great job for us and was available anytime day or night throughout the entire process. We were always well informed and truly felt like she cared and that she enjoyed helping us find what we wanted. If you are in need of a realtor to buy or sell a home, simply stop your search because you have found the best out there in Karen!
I highly recommend Karen to anyone seeking to purchase a home or needs assistance in any other real estate ventures. She is highly knowledgeable in all areas and was a pleasure to work with during the purchase of our home. I have worked with many real estate agents in the past and I will say that Karen is the best by far!!
Karen was such a blessing for my family when selling and buying our new home. Due to Karen we were able to sale our house for MUCH more than we anticipated. She was so responsive through the inspection and closing process as well. If you need a relator I am tell you she is the one to get!
