Karen had good knowledge about new home construction and the process and it was very useful in this sometimes difficult transaction. Communication was good at all times and Karen was always very honest. I would highly recommend Karen to my friends & family.

When I finally was able to come to Boise for some property research, she brought me to a perfect location that fit my budget and what I was looking for. I wasn't expecting to purchase a house on that particular trip, but fate had other plans. While we bid against several other potential buyers, we won due to her diligence. Once the sale finished, she was able to recommend me to a quality property manager, as well as some other resources. Again, this was a great experience, and when I am ready to purchase another property in the greater Boise area, I will certainly be hitting her up.
