Although many people did not recommend I do an Open House, I wanted one and she willingly obliged. To my delight she secured a buyer at the open house. I especially liked the fact that she was the agent showing the house on the day of the event since she was the one most knowledgeable about my home. She was very helpful when unforeseen circumstances occurred when the closing of the house due to a situation on the buyers side. She was patient yet gently demanding without being overbearing.
