It is not difficult to find a real estate agent that will eventually sell your home. Most are pretty good at knowing the market and your area. However, Karen Smith brings more to the job than the skills one would expect from a stellar agent (which she is). This particular home was well loved and the decision to leave difficult. I had failed to sell it the year prior due to unexpected major repairs that caused me some pretty dire financial hardship and I was ultimately unable to sell the house. Needless to say, I was pretty stressed out and anxious trying again with Coldwell. Indeed, we ran into some unique issues but through it all, she kept calm, kept me calm, found unique solutions, and worked intimately and tirelessly with me, the buyers, and their agent. In March of 2013 my wife and I made the decision to put our house on the market for sale.
