Love Karen!! Have done business with her on several homes in the past 15 years. She has helped 2 of my children find their first home, sell for a great profit, then buy again. She knows the area market very well. She listens to what you're looking for. She gives her honest advice so can make informed decisions. With our latest home sale, I was overwhelmed emotionally having to hospitalize a family member. Karen helped me focus on my family, and she took care of the house details. She even made a correction in the closing documents that yielded more money for me. Something that could be easily missed by someone with less experience. I'll only use Karen for my real estate needs!!
