I am 66, and this is my 5th home. In my past experience realators don't really listen to you. They show houses that don't meet your needs, or are outside your budget. She actually listened, previewed all homes first, so as not to waste my time, and the third one she showed me was the charm! I am totally delighted with my experience. At closing she presented me with a binder, which had all the info. On the property, what the previous owners had done, home Warrenty info., everything I could possibly need.
