Well, well, well...where do we begin. It all started about 4 and a half years ago when we were looking for a home. We went to an open house. The home was rent with an option to buy. Well guess what? We purchased the home after renting for six months. Karen was the sellers agent and the processed went seamless even though we had no agent.
