Karen went above and beyond what most real estate agents would do. Sold my house in one day and walked me through every step. Would definitely have her be my agent on any future home sells.

Karen walked me thru all steps of being a home buyer, from finding the perfect home, the loan process to closing. She made sure I understood each step and showed amazing patience dealing with last minute items from my loan company. I will recommend Karen to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Five stars is not enough for Karen. She deserves 10. We came from Buffalo, Ny and Karen showed us upwards of 20 houses in 2 days. We were very picky until we found the perfect home near Lake Murray and privacy galore! I would describe Karen as a patient, knowledgeable, honest and very trustworthy person. She definitely earned her money with us because we were somewhat difficult ?? Anytime day or night, she answers our texts even now that we our in our new home. I’m so happy we found her and have found a new friend in the process.

Highly recommend Karen Oliver for any first time home buyer. She was very knowledgeable about every step of the process and made sure we got the best outcome in every situation. She also was very easy to get in touch with, I believe I called her at 9:30 in the evening one day and she still took my call and helped me with all of my questions. One of the things I respect the most about Mrs. Karen is if she didn’t know the answer to a question, she would use every resource available to figure it out.

This was my first time buying a house and I had absolutely no idea what I was doing. Karen kept me up to date and informed every step of the way, and was super responsive to all my questions. She made notes about the houses I mentioned I liked during tours and kept me up to date on them too. She even remembered comments about me liking some of the decorations in the houses and gave me a gift basket with some of the things I had mentioned I liked the day I closed! There was a point at the very beginning of the searching process where I had toured some houses with Karen, then toured the same houses the next day with a different realtor Zillow had put me in touch with. I knew more about the houses than the other realtor from my tours with Karen the day before. I actually signed on Karen as my agent before I had finished the tours with the other realtor. She was just that much better. Very organized, polite, patient, and responsive. 100% would recommend!

Karen made us feel at ease the moment we met her. We were relocating from another town, and both her knowledge of the area and her ability to assess what we wanted was priceless! She is caring, thorough, professional, punctual, and flexible. Karen brought her integrity with her each and every time we visited homes!
