We got in touch with Karen on a Saturday and she asked about all the things that was important for us when looking at houses. The next day on Sunday she had 8 houses for us to look at and was scheduled in order from the nearest to furthest. I was very impress by the way she was able to plan the appointments in a short period. We viewed all the homes on that Sunday and found one that we was interested in. That same night Karen wrote up an offer letter to the sellers agent and that same week they accepted our offer.
