Karen went above and beyond to ensure I was purchasing a home that was going to meet all my wants and needs and that I was comfortable with the process every step of the way. She was exceptionally quick to respond to every one of my questions and checked in regularly to keep me up to date. My overall buying process went incredibly smooth and it is all because of her attention to the details. If I were to ever go through a home purchase again she would be the first person I’d call!

Karen was great in giving us advice on paint colors, bathroom and kitchen upgrades, and flooring choices. She informed us on places to go for great, reasonable priced kitchen cabinets and carpeting. She did an excellent job on the "light staging" of our house before pictures were taken. Also took care of everything for the open house so that it had many visitors, which resulted in us receiving an offer. We didn't have to worry much, because she gets things done! Thanks, Karen!
