Karen Mai EXUDES a super abundance of patience and optimism. She has EXCELLENT Customer Service Skills, going FAR and BEYOND To Be Of Assistance To Her Clients. Ms. Mai recently helped us with the purchase of a Fixer Upper Property. Although the transaction process was VERY INTENSE, Ms. Mai handled our transaction with APLOMB.
It was a pleasure having Karen as our Loan Liaison. She answer all our questions. Replied to our phone calls, e-mails and text messages. Making sure we had all the documents she needed in a timely matter. Karen not only help us get a loan to buy our house, she was also our Real Estate Agent. Oh yes, she does it all, just call Karen, I guarantee you she will help you. A special thanks to you Karen. You made it possible for a young black man to own his first home. You went out of your way to make sure that I got my loan. Thank you for everything.
Very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend her to my friends! She gave me a lot of useful information. When I was competing with other offers, she suggested me some helpful tips to get the house. She knows the local market and districts.
