Five stars is not enough. How about ten stars? Karen is one of a kind! She knows the market inside and out and has her thumb on the market's pulse. We were thinking about renting our house, but she said, "No, we're going to sell this house." And we did -- in four days for an amount higher than we expected. She was outstanding in her help getting the place ready for sale and bent over backwards to make the house very presentable for showings. Her advice was top notch for what to fix, what to paint and what we didn't need to do such as "don't replace the stove." We can't say enough good things about Karen. She is top notch! If you want to sell your house, she's the one to call.
