I was very fortunate to have Karen manage my property in Eustis several years ago. Before she took over the responsibility the apartments were a nightmare. It was an older building with lots of maintenance problems previously filled with terribly behaving tenants. Karen changed an awful experience to a bearable one. She readily took control of ensuring tenants paid on time and took reasonable care of the property. When they didnt, she was fair but diligent in finding a suitable resolution. Karen is great to work with. Very attentive, knowledgeable and hard working. We enjoyed our experience and would definitely use her again in the future. But we love our home so much, we won't be moving anytime soon.
