Karen M. Nasello

After interviewing several agents I chose Karen Nasello to represent me in the sale of my home. I have high expectations and Karen came through in every respect. She did extensive research to come up with the right pricing on our home. Most people these days are full of talk but don't follow through with dedicated action. Karen worked VERY hard, was always available to answer questions, always returned my calls promptly, offered constructive suggestions, and solved several problems that arouse during our sale. Most importantly Karen is a lady who has integrity and I was impressed with her work ethic. It was a hard choice but I made the RIGHT choice in selecting her to be my agent.

I explained what I was looking for and my budget. She knew the market and we played the waiting game looking for exactly what I wanted. She would let me know when condos came available...she is great!!!

Karen was very good at explaining everything from beginning to end. She kept me in the loop on anyone that saw the house and gave me their feedback. She had reviews from other agents as well as buyers from the open house. She worked well with the buyers agent to come to an agreeable selling price and the closing was a snap. If you have pets in the house, don't worry she made sure they did not bother the buyer and loves pets herself. I would highly recommend Karen to anyone selling their house or condo.

She is a "closer", which is probably the most important and honest thing I can say about her as a real estate agent. We talked to other agents before selecting her, and the others just didn't seem to have the edge that Karen has. Karen sold my 2/1 waterfront investment condo on Treasure Island and I can't say enough good things about her. She was professional, diplomatic, inventive, honest, followed up with all agents when they showed the condo to get feedback, ran down all leads, she was aggressive, but not overly aggressive. Once we were under contract, Karen called to confirm the buyer's financing, made sure all the condo documents and requirements were met, kept up with deadlines, met the inspector's at the condo to let them in. She was great from beginning to end and is now helping my mom sell my grammie's condo. She has contacts in all aspects of the sale. We needed an air conditioning inspection and she was quick with a quality, low cost reference. She is full service, has tons of experience and it shows.

Karen was the ultimate professional and communicator in our selling and buying experience. Karen was always available for our questions no matter when we needed an answer. We highly recommend Karen Nasello, she will be our only choice for real estate needs.

Karen should be the poster child of realtors. She described what she thought would be the best strategy and why; listened to our ideas and explained why some might not be best in our situation and embraced some of what we offered. Was attentive and responsive to the market. Worked diligently to get the house in front of buyers; reviewed each comment made by buyers and realtors, and ultimately brought the right buyer to the deal. In my recollection I have never seen a realtor work as hard as Karen.
