Karen did an absolutely first-rate job on helping us on buying a home in the Edwardsville area. She listened to our wants, needs, desires and concerns and as a result we ended up with a home that had so many of our "must haves". A truly difficult task for her to accomplish. She prepared a list of possible homes in our price range and in different locations that we viewed and discussed. She asked for comments and responses, and even brought up positives, negatives and possibilities for each listing we saw.
