I was looking for a home in Venice, FL, using Trulia from my home in Colorado, and I saw Karen's picture on Trulia. It was a Sunday morning, I called her number and she picked up and we had a good conversation about what I was looking for. Karen set up showings in Venice for my house-hunting trip a few weeks later and one was the home I loved and I was under contract the next day. She is very pleasant, always returns her calls and Karen has an extensive list of contacts and contractors for all aspects of buying a home in the Venice area. We just closed on our beach front property today. Karen was amazing from start to finish. There were quite a few challenges because the purchase was a short sale, and therefore a long process. We are from Colorado, and this will be our winter home. We put an offer on the property without seeing it first as we knew exactly what we were looking for….Karen did a video tour for us. She was also very patient throughout the process, which took 5 months. This was notable because from our many experiences of buying and selling homes over 30 years, sadly we have found that many realtors often just simply want the deal closed, and income in their pockets. Karen was just the opposite. We could tell she really enjoys and cares about helping others accomplish their goals. She was also very knowledgable, conscientious, had many other resources in the area, and diligent in her efforts. I would highly recommend her. We will certainly be using her expertise again.

Karen is the BEST..being from out of state she was able to help through the entire process. She is very knowledgeable in all matters relating to real estate, from beginning to end. This includes EVERYTHING from surveyors, lawn care, utility providers, etc. She answered every question we had and then some. This only allows for 5 stars but in our minds she deserves 10!!!
