When we were looking for a home she showed my husband several places and then turned around and showed me 5 when I visited from out of state. I have dealt with a few realtors over the years and, by far, Karen is the best! When my husband and I first searched for a home in Florida, Karen filled our 2-week visit with many homes to look at. Some we picked, some she found for us. When we finally decided on a house, she made the sale process easy even though we were a 1,000 miles away at the time. Then after we relocated, and decided on wanting a bigger house, she helped with the sale of our current home and purchase of the new house. And when Mom passed away in 2018, she helped with the sale of my mother’s home, really being supportive during a sad time in our lives. Karen was amazing from the listing of my property to the sale. I never worried about what to do next she had it all under control. There were 5 contracts on the first day of this property and she spoke to me and helped me make a good decision on the sale.
