If you’re looking for a real estate agent that is dedicated, attentive to your wants and needs, then Karen Lee is your woman! We moved from PA to Venice and our Florida visits were limited. Karen Lee jammed packed our visits with showings! She even did FaceTime walk throughs when we couldn’t be there. The house that met all our wants and needs, was removed from the market before we had a chance to see it. Karen Lee kept reaching out to the sellers agent to see if they would allow a FaceTime walk through. Even hearing no several times, Karen Lee never gave up. We were finally able to walk through the house in person and fell in love. Karen Lee was there for each step of the process when we couldn’t be. She kept us on track with deadlines for both the house we were selling and the house we were buying. She listened to our every wants and needs and found us our perfect Flordia home. She was always a phone call away and always answered our text messages even if she was out of town. Karen Lee is dedicated, kind and a beautiful person inside and out!!! Karen and her team did everything they could to help us get to the finish line. She helped navigate us through the ups and downs and was always there for us (mainly me) to vent to. Karen is attentive to detail, kind, hardworking and have I mentioned dedicated? We may have started as clients but we ended as friends. Truly blessed to have her as a friend.
