If I could give Karen 10 stars I would! From the moment we contacted her to find her forever home, she was there for us every moment and every step of the way. We were going back-and-forth from one house, pros and cons. It just wasn't right and she didn't want us to settle, so we moved on. And then we found it! Our forever home. She walked us through the whole process. Asking the buyers to wait a few months for a closing, asking for items in the house to be thrown in on the deal. Even When it came down to different aspects of appraisal, and what not, she Talked us off ledges sometimes And made it so seamless. She worked with the Sellers Agent and worked miracles. Anytime we needed her, she was right there for us, and when it was time to go to bat, she hit grand slams. All the way up to the final walk-through and straight to the closing, she was there.
