She recommended doing an open house which garnered far more interest than we anticipated, which combined with the Zillow showcase listing got us multiple offers on our home in record time. After signing an agreement Karen continued to be there with us, guiding us through the inspection process and preparing us for what our closing experience would be like. The entire process from deciding to list our home through closing could not have been more seamless and it was all because of Karen.
