In the beginning she was good but the last part of escrow things changed. About a week before closing, she quit responding to me and only communicated with my husband, we were both buyers. The day we were set to close she never bothered to contact us or keep us informed of what was going on. We were in communication with escrow and had to contact her. Needless to say our house closed late and the delay cost us nearly a $1000. We were left with no where to go and had our pets and a child with us. The day we closed she texted my husband the code to a combo lock that we had to locate on the property just to get the key. She never bothered to call or give us the keys. She had told my family on a few occasions that when we closed escrow she would take us out to eat at a nice restaurant. During the walk thru she told my husband she has rooms at Pechanga that we could use. Needless to say we haven’t seen or heard from her since she got paid.
