I knew Karen socially but had never sold a house before. She walked me through how to prepare it for the pictures, then when we would list it and prepare to show it, and what/where I should do when it was being showed. This was during Covid-19, so she brought me masks, sanitizer, told me what had to be cleaned, Hung signs of various instructions to lookers, and away we went. The first contract I accepted fell through, but she did not give up for a minute! We immediately put it back on the market, showed it, and sold it. Karen encouraged me, let me ask multiple questions, called me with any change or information she felt I should know, and in the end, had the papers brought to me by a Notary in Texas for the final sale since I had already moved. Karen was wonderful in assuring me that she would take care of things for me and she was true to her word to the end. Even after the sale, she sent me a Christmas card and gift to show her appreciation for the sale and for using her in this important event of my life. In reality, I was the one who should have given her a gift for all the work she had done.

She always made herself available to answer any questions I had and is very good at explaining the process and steps necessary when buying a home.
