Karen is a fantastic Realtor. She helped us through a difficult process, as we looked at many properties the were distressed and put in offers on 3 different houses. These were all bank owned and if it wasn't for Karen, I truly believe we would have lost our escrow money on one of them. The bank was not willing to work with us and raised the offer price to the appraised value once the work would have been finish. Karen worked her magic and saved our escrow money from this deal. We WILL use Karen to sell our house once we have finished remodeling this home.
