Initially, we listed our home in Safety Harbor with Zillow, assuming their national presence and industry influence would make the process smooth and efficient. Despite months on the market and 2-3 viewings per week, we **never once met our assigned “realtor” in person.** We repeatedly asked them to visit our home and provide in-person feedback on how to improve our chances of getting an offer, but they never made the effort. The feedback we did receive over the phone was generic and unhelpful. We even watched showings on our security cameras and saw that the agent barely engaged with potential buyers, which explained why we weren’t getting meaningful feedback or offers. After **five to six months of frustration,** we dropped them and turned to Karen—and that was the best decision we could have made!
