Karen was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She worked with us as absent tenants, with renters and the property management company, through repairs and hiring contractors, etc. We were able to sell our property for the price we needed after waiting so long for the market prices to come back up. Karen kept us updated throughout and made recommendations with our best interests in mind.
Our experience with Karen was very good in the beginning of the experience of selling our home. She did an excellent job in photographing our home and listing our home for sale. We felt she was a little week in the area of making sure other agents were aware of the little perks associated with our property. She did have an open house for agents, but not all agents were there so they missed getting that information which led to a problem when it was time to close our property. Other than that we were pleased with her performance. She seemed to be very busy with lots of different properties to sell.
Karen Kennedy was wonderful to work with. She helped us throughout the sales process with all aspects of our sale. We were "out of the area" sellers and we could not have asked for a more knowledgeable, friendly, helpful or trustworthy agent to facilitate the sale of our rental home.
