The only reason Patterson-Schwartz got my business was because of Karen Johnson. I would go anywhere she was. She has my complete trust and has always done right by us. As long as she is an agent I never plan on using anyone else. You should do all you can to take care of her and keep her happy at your company. I have also referred her to multiple people.

I didn't really care about the company I went with as long as Karen Johnson was my agent. She is an incredible agent and I will always use her as long as I can.

Karen is a fantastic agent who understood what we needed and never pushed us to do something we were not comfortable with. I have used Karen in the past and will use Karen in the future.

I found the Patterson-Schwartz website very user friendly and that was my reason for calling to get an agent to show me a house. I feel so lucky to have been assigned to Karen Johnson that day. She was friendly, honest, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. It was very comforting to have her on my side during this experience and I wouldn't have gotten my new home without her.

Karen was wonderful throughout the entire process. She is thoroughly knowledgeable and answered any and all questions in a timely and informative manner. We will be calling her for our next move and will be recommending her to everyone who needs a realtor.
