Karen Johnson did a fabulous job helping us prepare our home for sale. Her advise & suggestions for resources was invaluable and made all the difference. Karen was there every step of the way. I highly recommend Karen as she is truly a caring, professional agent.
Karen’s expertise and compassion is unmatched! She helped us search for our dream home for over 2 years and supported us through a very challenging market! But she made sure it was worth the wait and exceeded our expectations as we bought a home beyond our dreams and within our budget too! She became like family along the way! We highly recommend her to everyone!
Excellent she is just the best. She knows what she is doing and she will go far to take you to your dream home. We felt home before closing because she made it easy and she worked hard. Thank you Karen. The TK’s always bring you other buyers.
Karen found us exactly what we were looking for!
Karen helped our friends find their house, and she did the same for us. Very helpful, very professional, and very personable. She answers her phone/texts (or gets back to you right away), and she knows how to get the pieces moving to close the deal. Can't recommend her enough!
Leslie and I used Karen Johnson for our new home. I can’t express how amazing she was ! She would go way out of her way to accommodate my fiancé and I on anything we needed, showings, phone calls, questions, etc. She was a absolute ball of energy to work with ! Even showed up to our engagement party just to congratulate us ! In any future purchases Karen will be the first phone call that we make. This whole experience was so much fun and an absolute breeze, we can not thank Karen and as well as Patterson Schwartz for everything in the purchase of our dream home. Leslie Hawk & Dave Haug

We enjoyed working with Karen very much. She did an excellent job for us.
Working with Karen was such a fun experience! She provides a concierge home buying service!!! She is caring, fun, gets to know you, and makes sure you end up happy! The process is smooth and Karen knows her stuff! We have looked into buying in other states and worked with other agents there. None compare the the personalized and caring experience Karen gave us! She is second to none! She knew exactly what we were looking for and gave us great guidance throughout the process. We were first time homebuyers so thinking it’s easy to buy a home is a huge compliment. Highly recommend working with Karen Johnson if you want a fun, personal, smooth home buying experience!
