Karen recently helped me sell my home. She listened to what I was looking for which was a quick seamless sale at/above my asking price. She developed a pre-listing plan that included a few minor cosmetic repairs and even helped me with some references of people that could get the work done quickly and correctly. Karen recommended a professional photographer/videographer to provide pictures and a video walkthrough that looked so good that I actually questioned why I would sell as good as it looked. As Karen listed the property, she set the expectation as to the process and how many days she thought the property would be active and what I could expect.
