I am so impressed with Karen that I have called on her to help for the last five years selling 4 houses for myself and my sons. All the homes sold in under two weeks. Karen helped us through selling our rental condo. She was very patient and offered great advice for how to prioritize updates and improvements to make prior to going to market, since we had a limited amount of time. She met with our renter prior to our arrival, then met with us when we arrived. She gave us very realistic comp information. She met with the appraiser personally to ensure he knew all the work we had done, which helped our appraisal come in over what we expected. I highly recommend Karen!
