I can’t say say enough positive things about Karen regarding her help finding our dream house. She was there with us every step of the way of the home buying process and when the time came to put an offer in, Karen worked her magic. Karen was our 2nd Agent, after already being disappointed working with other agent we were skeptic to begin with. Karen right from the get go was very communicative and responsive over both email/text, since we were out of state buyers that gave us a lot of comfort and made us believe we can do this. She found us several properties to our liking and did tours herself before we decided to fly out to make offers. While in Orlando she took great care of our time since we planned to be there only for 3 days. She found us our dream home on the 2nd day itself and we had one full day to explore mid Florida beaches as well. She worked tirelessly to make sure we go back to California with a contract in our hand. It was an amazing experience. I wish we could find agent like her in California. Icing on the cake was all her referral like home inspection, home loan, home insurance etc were all turned out to be great and we were able to close our escrow with ease. I like to invest in real estate and i would definitely buy again with her sometime next year.

Karen Gore was hired to sell my home in Orlando as I could not be there because of the closed border.She did an outstanding job in getting home ready hiring contractors for blind repairs,screen repair , plumbing repair,and cleaning. She ensured housed is final cleaning to standard,did many other things like pressure wash surrounding, ensure landscaping,changed batteries on my car .Words cannot express enough the super support provided.
