Over the past several years Karen has helped us purchase one property and sell two. For the most recent experience we were skeptical she could sell our condo within 30 days as promised but she kept her promise. Karen stayed on top of things, provided us with regular updates on any activity associated with the listing, provided us with a realistic market appraisal, and ensured the sell went through smoothly.

Karen is definitely very knowledgeable and professional and knows the real estate market. Her enthusiasm and zest for her job is evident in every step of the real estate process.

We had quite a few issues preparing the house for sale (fencing around property, new septic, new sod/grass which arrived ~dead due to the droughts at the time), but Karen remained professional and patient and was willing to compromise and work with us on several parts of the process. She was always quick and professional in her responses and was willing to help and go the extra mile to help and provided not only helpful advice but knew great people to help with cleaning, repairs, etc. overall would recommend.

I originally contracted with Karen to sell my home in Winter Garden back in 2023. Well, we ended up moving back to Florida, so contacted Karen again to help us with finding a home to buy. She was, as always, just wonderful! Completely attuned to our needs and worked with my very limited schedule for viewing homes. I can't thank her enough for all of her assistance through the shopping and closing process.

In this market - selling was a very different experience and demanded a very creative approach. Lots of competition, new construction everywhere and buyers and their agents making all kinds of demands. Karen got me through all of that and structured the deal in the best possible way. She's as thorough and persistent as can be and she really knows this market. I am so grateful for her expertise and her friendship. This was our 5th time buying and selling together.

Karen’s knowledge of the market and professionalism is excellent. Her Communication was great! She was also very professional when dealing with myself and four other siblings in the sale of our parents home.
