Karen went above and beyond at every turn in our home buying adventure. This was o ur first time buying a home, and we went into the process overwhelmed, and frankly, intimidated. Karen is a very knowledgeable agent of the housing market. We could not have asked for a better agent. She went above and beyond helping us sell our home and purchasing a new one. In the middle of buy/sell process my husband was in the hospital and I had Covid. She got all the necessary papers and with mask & gloves on she brought to house for me to sign and then went to hospital so my husband could sign. Plus she had paperwork so our daughter could sign closing documents. She worked tirelessly to make the process easier on us.. I would recommend Karen to anyone that’s looking for a top notch agent.

I was living in California when I began my home search in Atlanta remotely. I was at First working with another agent that I found through Google, who had a dozen other clients already and I felt unseen. A friend recommended I use Karen. And I am so glad I made the switch. Karen helped me in every aspect, including using my VA loan to find a house while living out of state. She went on tours for me remotely and filmed and even helped me put an offer on my first house while I wasn’t even in the state. When I finally was able to come to Atlanta and tour houses in person, she picked me up and drove me around and threw a whirlwind one day I was able to find my dream house. Karen was by my side throughout the whole process and even afterwards. I had an issue with my house the day after I moved in and she went to bat for me to get the sellers to fix the issue. i’m still in contact with her today two years later and I recommend her as much as I can to any friends looking to buy in the Atlanta area.
