Karen is hands down the best. I was very hesitant to work with a realtor. I didn’t realize how much a good realtor does, but I also didn’t trust/vibe with most realtors I encountered in my searching. Karen was a breath of fresh air and a real game changer in our home buying journey. She took care of everything from the smallest details to the biggest negtotiations. She gets thing done right away and makes things happen with other involved parties. She is available around the clock. Extremely knowledgeable and resourceful. She has great energy. It’s clear she is so good at what she does because she really finds joy in her work. We grew to appreciate her so much in our home buying journey that she’s now on the guest list for our small, close friends and family only wedding.
