Buying your first home is such a daunting task to even think about but Karen walked with me every step of the way holding my hand and even wiping my tears when I was distraught. She is extremely knowledgeable about the ins and outs of this industry. She knew what things I could ask for, what things I should be paying attention to and what I shouldn't be stressing about. She was very flexible and patient at every turn and believe me there were soooo many turns. She always had a smile and a warm hug to offer when I was stressed or just wanted to see another house, and another and another and never questioned my decisions or choices. Even when the seller was being a little difficult, she made sure that I knew that I was her priority. Even after the deal was closed, I was able to call and get advise, assistance or just vent.. she always picked up and still does. Karen had become family and I would recommend her to anyone and everyone I know. She will make sure you don't make a stupid decision and will guide you through the process.
