She was always punctual, patient and mapped out properties for touring that made the most efficient use of our time. Anything we asked her to research further she had answers to us within 24 hours or less! Because we were visiting from out of state, we had a tight schedule and long days and she always made it work. She had copies of the listings for us and even would help take notes on each property always being receptive to our feedback. She provided us with market reports to make informed decisions on our investment. Karen is extremely adept and professional in the negotiation process, is well respected and has good relations within the local realtor community. I appreciated her insight and willingness to thoroughly investigate any concerns or questions we had regarding a property. She has an attention to detail that made us feel like we were in good hands. Karen went above in beyond even providing us with a trusted list of painters, handyman etc. Even introduced us to our new neighbors!
