Karen Boggs

We were Family Friends and as the Years went by She got har Degree with Excellent grades. She has also Studied Income Tax Preparation. She grew up in a Real Estate Family and understands the Business from the inside out! Her Father was in land development and I have fond memories of Karen driving Heavy Eauipment on the various projects, building Bridges, And scraping roads. I had the pleasure to have Karen work for me part time in my Real Estate business doing bookkeeping and some Office Managment while She was going to College. This young a Lady is full of energy and so Very Pleasant to Work with. She wanted to do the Best at every Job she Tackles. She would Blush and give me Her big smile when I asked her how her Grades in School were? Well there all “ A’s She would Prune. Karen is really Learning the Real Estate Business. I listed a hill top lot with a Karen and She finally Sold it in a tough market because she would not give up! I was so Proud of her Honest Work Ethic and desire to treat both parties Fairly when Negotiating a sale. I highly recommend Karen Boggs and am very Proud we are Friends. Lee Welsh....
