Today is our house anniversary. A year ago, Karen Blevins helped us finalize the paperwork on our new home. We began this journey on August of 2021 when my wife and I signed a contract to buy a house that was currently being built. That meant it was time to sell our current house. We had such a great experience with Karen Blevins when she helped us buy our first home in August of 2006, that we instantly gave her a call. Within 24 hours, she was at our house giving us tips to maximize the value of our house. She walked us through several steps in the sell of our house. When time came to list, it was the Wednesday before Thanksgiving 2021. We had an offer over the asking price by that Saturday. She helped guide us through inspection and closing. She even helped work out a deal for us to stay in our home for only $30 per day until our new build was completed. When time came to close on our new home she assisted us in getting a private inspection. The private inspection worked with the builder to fix issues found in the new build. We did not have to have that awkward conversation with the builder. On closing day, she met with us and offered explanations for questions we had and a bottle of wine to celebrate. With her assistance, the selling and purchasing our home was an absolute breeze.
