A family member had referred Karen Blevins and her team to us as we embarked on moving from California to the Edmond area to be closer to family. Timing is always essential when trying to buy a house and Karen's insight into the Edmond market was of great value in planning the scouting visit. We came in on a friday afternoon, viewed/visited upward of 15 properties that weekend, placed a well thought out offer on only one property. That offer was accepted by monday and that was the easy part. The references Karen Blevins provided us for services such as painting, carpeting and other necessary services were phenomenal as we were able to organize all of it from California in coordination with Karen's team so they could hit the ground running once we closed escrow. Our household goods arrived one day after all of our desired work was completed. The success of this adventure was largely because of the commitment of Karen Blevins' team. Everything from start to finish went flawlessly with the exception of being stuck on the tarmac in Los Angeles for a mechanical problem with the plane but that wasn't Karen's fault.
