Karen Baker

Karen is a fantastic agent in many regards having worked with her since 2012. Recently she helped me find a place in Boynton Beach in a very tight housing market. Her advise/guidance was indispensable in a strong sellers market and arranged for settlement due to COVID conditions. Karen is well versed in real estate practices, housing finances having worked for a Wall Street firm and extremely knowledgeable in residence inspection determining whether there are significant problems. This last skill is especially important when buying a house remotely. She works early and late for her clients and response time is very quick. Karen really deserves a 6th star for the extra ordinary effort and dedication.
