We bought a house in Nocatee while living in Texas which presents obstacles under normal circumstances but in an environment with little inventory and rising rates it made it even more difficult. Karen made sure we were seeing houses the minute they hit the internet and we were aware of every house that was getting ready to hit the market. Once we purchased a house she was always available and attended the inspection, worked to get the house open so our contractors could take measurements for some upgrades being made when we took possession. Lastly, I’m not certain the closing would have happened had she not been on call at all hours to solve issues we seemed to encounter at every step of the process.
