She was present for every step, finding a home, taking weekly videos of our home as it was being built, which was really a huge relief since we were living out of state. If she saw anything questionable she would tell us and then speak to the builder if we were concerned. She was there with us through our two walk throughs prior to closing which she was there for that as well. With us not being from Ponte Vedra we had a lot of questions for Karen and she 99.9% of the time had an answer for us, if she didn’t she would say so but that she would get one for us. And Karen continues to check in with us as we transition to living in Florida.
