I value a lot of qualities Kara possesses: she is very responsive and smart, thorough, an excellent communicator, knows the process well and does a good job of explaining it to a client. But my favorite thing about Kara is her calm and patient demeanor. We never once in the long process felt rushed. She never let off the gas in honing our MLS search to present better and better options. She always accommodated our schedules and circumstances with grace and kindness. Everything was a non-issue. She made the process of buying a home as relaxed a process as possible and that’s exactly what we needed-and who we needed-in our lives at that time.
