We were able to work through all of our issues with relative to make the closing quick and easy. Being new to the market Kara also helped find contractors, a designer, and an insurance group that were necessary to make our home perfect. We met Kara when looking for a place to rent. I explained that I had not yet sold our house and asked her opinion about the timing of the two transactions. She told me to wait for a better time of the year and then asked if she could represent me on the sale. I was impressed by her pursuit of business and we signed a broker agreement when we got closer to a better selling season. Kara sold my house at 98% of our agreed asking price before it even went on the market. Her advice for timing and pricing was great. Her analysis of our house and the market was detailed and accurate and she effectively explained her reasoning. She not only is knowledgeable and professional but easy to deal with. Before the sale was complete she even found us a great place to rent.
