Kara was THE BEST! Cannot recommend her enough. She made purchasing a home while we lived out of state a total breeze. She was always willing to do marathon days of back to back showings when we were in town or FaceTime us when we couldn’t attend in person. Her eye for details was key to help us notice potential issues in a home (such as signs of a previous leak). Once we were under contract, she negotiated for us wonderfully and was incredibly organized and communicative during the entire proces. She even created a spreadsheet for us based on our inspection report with estimated cost of repairs and suggested companies we could use. Her knowledge of the Charlotte area is unparalleled and I truly felt like she wanted us to find our “forever” home no matter how long it would take, but thanks to her it didn’t take long at all!
